Sylver Starr (off-stage name Sari Starr) creates music that opens portals—crafted for altered states, deep reflection, and the reclamation of self. Her sound lives at the intersection of Spirit Rock and Music as Medicine, blending raw, live instrumentation with deep bass and electronic downtempo textures to create experiences that are both primal and otherworldly.

 

A multi-instrumentalist, she plays guitar, piano, Native American flute, and weaves in percussion, while also dabbling with harp and harmonica. She brings the precision and sensitivity of a trained sound meditation ceremonialist, allowing her to build immersive sonic landscapes where organic instruments meet low-frequency bass—engaging the body, calming the nervous system, and inviting spiritual remembrance.

 

Her music moves like a current—visceral, emotive, and deeply embodied. It is designed not merely to be listened to, but to be entered: music that stirs the soul, awakens memory, and supports inner transformation through rhythm, resonance, and depth.

 

Sylver has trained extensively in music, ceremony, and conscious facilitation. She completed a one-year Artist Accelerator program led by Ruby Chase, with renowned musicians and industry professionals serving as mentors and facilitators. Beyond this container, she has studied with teachers and mentors including: Scarlett De La Torre, Diva Sonic, Natan Rabin, Arrow Joy and Jake Bonham, deepening her mastery of voice, sound, embodiment, and production.

 

She is currently developing projects within her self-created genre, Spirit Rock, as well as long-form ceremonial and medicine music designed to support extended altered-state journeys—integrating electronic downtempo, bass-forward compositions, and live ceremonial instrumentation.

 

Beyond her work as a musician, Sylver is a ceremonialist and minister at her Sacred Sacrament Church - Sanctuary 72, through which she runs Mush Love Initiation—a facilitator training that includes eight weeks dedicated to The Medicine of Music, founder of plant alchemy company Celestial Sacraments, —an entrepreneur, and a steward of land and farm in Hawaiʻi.

 

She chose the name Sylver following a profound medicine journey, in honor of her grandmother, Sylvia Starr—a lineage of strength, resilience, and remembrance woven through her work.
